- Publications in this website are free.

- Articles to be included in this website need not be original. In case they have been previously published, the author shall bear all responsibility. Should that be the case, the author must:
a) Inform the editors date and place of publication.
b) Each author must obtain the corresponding authorization for personal use of the article.

- Each article must not exceed the 12,000 words.

- The articles must be sent via e-mail, together with its corresponding abstract (6 lines maximum), bibliography and key words.

- The following information about the author must also be provided: name and surname, e-mail, address, phone number, province/state, country, profession andÊ institutions where he/she works.

- Each article published could be subject to comment and/or discussion by any reader willing to do so. The discussions will receive a soon reply by the respective authors. All discussions must meet the same conditions required for the publications.

- The editors do not bear responsibility for the opinions expressed by any of the authors. Should an article be selected for publication, it wil appear in the website exactly as it was sent.

- In case the author wants an English version of his/her article be included in the website, it will be necessary for him/her to inform the Editorial Committee and send the abstract, key words and bibliography already translated into English.
